Geoff joined WATHCO in 2018 as a Project Manager, bringing several years of retail, contracting, and PM experience to the team. He works with large national clients including Papa John’s Pizza and Chilis Restaurants. Geoff has built lasting relationships with his clients’ senior leadership because of his attention to every detail, no matter the size or scope of the job. He’s earned their trust by clearly communicating scope of work, timing and expectations, presenting bids, hiring subcontractors, ensuring budgets and timelines are met, and leading final walkthroughs. Geoff is in charge and on point every step of the way to ensure his clients are thrilled with the final results. In fact, his commitment to exceeding expectations earned Geoff and WATHCO the Papa John’s Construction Partner Award in 2023, for the first time in WATHCO’s history.Geoff enjoys spending his free time with his family, near some water somewhere or working in his community. But his PM brain is always in “build it, fix it, improve it” mode which makes it hard for him to say no to friends who need his impressive carpentry skills. He always finds time to help anyone who needs asks. That’s just Geoff.
